Is there a need to get angry?

Surely no one needs to get angry but we all do from time to time.

If someone gets angry it just shows (or is a call for help!:) that they need someone to help them cope with a situation calmly as every situation can be calmly solved without aggression where everyone learns and benefits.

If one person gets angry at another and the other person gets angry they both lose as they both go away feeling worse. If one person gets angry and the other person calmly helps that person calm down slowly they both win as they will be able to express themselves calmly and feel good about helping each other feel better.

If anger is a meme it appears to be spread like a disease where everyone involved loses as angry people ‘take it out’ on others which passes on the anger in an ever growing way.

Channeling anger (or any negative feeling) in a way that motivates you to constructively help others is one way of turning a negative into a positive.
